Vogt & Wiig has assisted clients in connection with agreements for building of offshore windmill projects in the Baltic Sea and the North Sea. The legal assistance has consisted of a system of agreements for the development of the projects themselves and transport and logistics services in connection with the installation projects.
Vogt & Wiig has also assisted with the system of agreements between the developers and five counties in connection with the development of one of the world's largest windmill projects at sea, Havsul outside North-western Norway. We have also, over several years, assisted in the building of onshore wind-power stations along the entire Norwegian coastline.
