Vogt & Wiig is a company with long traditions and was established in 1894 in Bergen as Wiig & Co. Vogt & Co was established in Oslo in 1966 and, after a merger in 2001, the company was named Vogt & Wiig. The Trondheim office joined us in 2002.
In 2007 we established an office in Singapore. In recent years, Singapore has strengthened its position as a leading international shipping centre, and has succeeded in attracting Norwegian business in particular. Several of our clients and business partners have already opened offices in Singapore, or are currently in the process of so doing. Vogt & Wiig have always undertaken to provide the best possible service to our clients and business partners, and opening a Singapore office staffed with Norwegian lawyers is therefore a natural step in such a process. The office is managed by Ms. Kristin Schjødt Bitnes and Mr. Thomas Dale.
