In a lawsuit for the Supreme Court of Norway Joakim has represented the Californian snowboarder Andy Finch regarding “illegal use of image”. One of the principle queries are whether foreign personalities will enjoy the same right to own image as Norwegians and the judgement have huge influence on how to protect international stars from illegal use of image when they are visiting Norway.
